Les velles prestatgeries en qu\u00e8 s’amuntegaven els components han sortit de TEF per la porta gran. Van fer la seva funci\u00f3 durant molts anys, per\u00f2 ja no servien. Necessit\u00e0vem incorporar sistemes intel\u00b7ligents que modernitzessin el nostre magatzem central, que ens proporcionessin seguretat, flexibilitat, rapidesa i precisi\u00f3 en la selecci\u00f3 i recollida de components. <\/p>\n\n

Fa unes setmanes vam estrenar dos armaris intel\u00b7ligents, els Shuttle XP 500 de Kardex Remstar. S\u00f3n sistemes d’elevaci\u00f3 vertical amb una al\u00e7ada de 10 metres, dissenyats per emmagatzemar i recuperar mercaderies de petit volum. <\/p>\n\n

Els armaris intel\u00b7ligents ens proporcionen avantatges molt rellevants:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Tot est\u00e0 controlat, informatitzat i desat a la ubicaci\u00f3 designada per cada element.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Contribueixen a l’optimitzaci\u00f3 dels temps de preparaci\u00f3 ia un emmagatzematge eficient i r\u00e0pid (podem, per exemple, desar una ordre d’un treball recurrent i cada cop que l’executi el sistema presentar\u00e0 la mateixa comanda, sense necessitat de tornar a introduir totes les dades).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Proporcionen un augment destacat de la capacitat d’emmagatzematge (fins a un 60% m\u00e9s), ja que utilitzen \u00edntegrament l’espai disponible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ofereixen la possibilitat de fer inventari al moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Proporcionen una major precisi\u00f3 al picking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Aporten una alta velocitat del cicle dexecuci\u00f3 gr\u00e0cies al r\u00e0pid acc\u00e9s a tots els components emmagatzemats.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
