Company history

Josep Forges Nogués, founder of Tef, said that the most important asset of every company lies in the people that are part of it, drive it, and bring life to it. With this in mind, he founded Tef Montajes y Servicios in 1982, 40 years ago. His aim was to offer electronic assembly outsourcing to other manufacturers. His approach, a constant improvement of quality, with attention to service and to the people.

These guidelines made of Tef what we are today. The mission remains unchanged, although technology evolution has been staggering, and the tools with use today have nothing in common with those machines of the 1980s with which we began our way.

Today, Josep Forges would be excited with our latest generation equipment for SMT assembly, X-ray inspection, flying probe tester… He would be satisfied also to check that we are still working on the same line that he started.
