We have five SMT component assembly lines:

THT assembly and soldering

We have three THT component assembly lines:

A selective wave soldering line with nitrogen: ideal for assemblies that require soldering at specific points. Minimises thermal impact on sensitive components and optimises material usage.

A conventional nitrogen wave soldering line: perfect for high-volume jobs where consistent, high-quality assemblies are required for all circuit connections.

A selective wave soldering line with lead-free tin: for high-quality soldering in the most demanding THT assemblies.

We also carry out manual welding work, which is the most suitable option for specialised assemblies or fine adjustments. Our technical team ensures precision and attention to detail in every welded joint.

Mechanical assembly

Our mechanical assembly technicians at TEF carry out the final assembly of electronic equipment in projects that require manual labor.

The process, which involves assembly industrialization, includes:

  • PCBAs production
  • Assembly of mechanical and electronic components
  • Adjustment, installation, and assembly of all components
  • Integration of PCBAs inside structures or boxes (manufactured or supplied by TEF)
