Josep Forges Nogués, founder of TEF, used to say that the most important asset of any organisation is the people who are part of it, drive it forward and give it a life of its own. With this in mind, he founded TEF Montajes y Servicios in 1982, more than four decades ago.
These principles are what have made TEF what we are today. The generational change is now fully consolidated. Ferran Forges, at the helm of the company, keeps the foundations on which his father built TEF.
The spirit remains the same, but electronics and technology have experienced an outstanding evolution and provided us with new tools that we could not have dreamed of back in the 1980s, when we first set out on our journey.
Technicians, engineers, specialists, managers, salespeople, administrative staff… The TEF team is large and diverse, made up of highly qualified professionals in each of their fields of activity.
