after-sales service

We verify all electronic equipment
that is produced or serviced at TEF.

The performance of every piece of electronic equipment must be flawless. Therefore, testing is an essential step in the validation of devices: all devices must be tested before being delivered to the customer.

At TEF, we apply two testing methods, depending on the needs of each case:

  • Functional test
  • Test flying probe (in-circuit)

Both systems are integrated into our production flow to ensure reliability, traceability and quick error detection. With the application of these tests:

  • We verify the correct installation of components and the performance of devices.
  • We detect potential manufacturing or assembly faults.
  • We confirm compliance with the original design specifications.
  • We ensure that every device adheres to the required standards.

After-sales service

Once the PCBAs or equipment have been delivered to their final destination, we also take care of after-sales service. We support our clients from the start of the project to the end of the product’s life cycle.
